Good Property Supp for Policy?

Postby dietcoke0 » Sun Nov 18, 2012 1:27 pm

My prof loves going balls deep into policy, and kind of slacked off noticing it for first half of semester. Anyone know of a good prop supp that talks a bit about policy?

Understanding Property Law is very good at explaining policies & rationales.

Just remember that MANY of your classmates will inevitably get the trust & estate and RAP problems incorrect on an exam; that's where you can separate from the curve, so don't forsake understanding these for the sake of learning policy.

I'm okay with that stuff, and will continue to work on it. Definitely not going to only do policy, but she is a second year teacher, and has four degrees from Yale, including her JD and PHD in Philosophy. She gets geeked out over policy, and glosses over trust stuff.

Thanks for the recommendation.

From my experience, most of the Policy stuff was pretty straight forward. 80% centers around the Governments Police Power
