I am having a hard time with this.

I think you can have doctrinal stuff pre-written for CC/DP/EP analysis. I would do the analytical framework for the basic doctrine questions, and then reserve a sentence for each exception. You can mix and match from there.

had nothing "prewritten" it was actually a close book exam, but by the time I got to the exam I had a mental checklist of things I knew I would have to mention. For example I knew there was going to be a DP Q, so I knew my first three sentences were gonna be about the 5th or 14th amendment, something about enumerated or not, and some other basic things that I dont remember but that would basically be impossible for me not to be able to relate and connect to the Q

This only happened bc after doing X amount of practice tests I picked up on patterns and points I could score every time

All this stuff in Boston is making me unproductive (AKA I haven't done any studying all day).

Same. Especially with this guy (LinkRemoved) updating every few minutes.

First final Tuesday. 2 days off, con law final. 2 days off, property final. 2 days off, crim final. Assuming I give 2 days to study exclusively for my first final, that means tomorrow is my last "general" study day. Gotta make the most of it...

WHY IS MY CRIM OUTLINE TAKING SO GODDAMN LONG?

I swear to god I've spent over 20 hours making it and I still have 2 weeks of class left.

Thanks for the support, bros. Kinda hard to keep the events of this frightening day outta my head when outlining classes like crim and crim pro, haha! Any other Bostonian CSWS'ers in da house?

Damn Dressler is gold, but this crim outline is gonna take awhile.

Yeah man, told you he was great

I'm tempted to not do the rest of the readings (Complicity, or w/e) and just OL from Dressler for that section instead. Thoughts?

I feel like I could have skipped class all semester and been just fine.

My prof taught straight Dressler. He didn't even have a real textbook, just Dressler and a course packet. He did a website for the class which basically summarizes dressler's take on the areas we covered.

http://law.wustl.edu/blogs/crim13/?page_id=2

If you can view that, then enjoy. Its gold.

I'm pretty sure I'm not going anymore. I don't think he's going to be giving out all the answers to the exam in the remaining 3 classes

Might not be a bad idea. That said, complicity and conspiracy are like the only things with any semblance of nuance in Crim, from what I can tell.

It is (obviously) your call as to if you think it'll be worth it.
