I need some advice for how to manage my time the rest of the semester. I have 5 exams: CrimLaw, CivPro, Property, Contracts and Torts. My final LW memo is due April 20th and I have a rough rough draft made of that so hopefully won't have to dedicate too much time to that. I've gone through the Golden Gate exam bank and downloaded tons of old exams since my school has no exam bank. My outlines are up to date and I have read/done all the E & E and watched all the appropriate BarBri videos.

How should I spend the rest of my time? I know its highly impossible to go through all of these old exams I'm finding. Should I just issue spot the exams and once a week maybe write out fully an exam for each class and get professor feedback? I am thinking that is my best bet, but if anyone has any advice I would love to hear it. I usually do my readings for the week during the weekend, then dedicate my week to outlining and and LW so I can spend one day each week on each of my 5 classes.

Any advice would be great! These posts got me through last semester and hope it will do it again this semester! 20 days of class left...let the countdown begin

I understand the tests, and how they change each era....

But say you saw "Congress passes a law that says that you can only dump once per day to limit the water being used" - would you go back pre-1937 with that commerce clause analysis too, or would you just do today's justices?
Depends on what your professor wants.

I have a great attack if your prof only likes individual rights. EPC, SDP, 1st amendment. Basically all that we did.

If you leave your crap to your Antonio Cromartie's children, I know the class closes after Cromartie dies, but what if a few of his women are pregnant at his death? Are they included?

IIRC, In gestation and born = included; if not born ... Never considered alive
what do u mean by in gestation? i mean not all pregnancies, esp when these written end with the child being born...? i'd imagine a fiduciary will keep the unborn kid's, but what happens if the young lady aborts (i assume it's redistributed to the rest of the kidders)? i know this is weird. i can just see my prof throwing a preggers twist to be clever.

Definitely starting to feel burnt out the last 2-3 days, so I'm taking it easy. That said, I feel like everyone else in my section has been burnt out all semester lol so I'm not too worried. After this weekend, only 2 more weeks of classes until finals. Can't wait until its over. Hell, I already want to know my grades.

I'm feeling generous today. I uploaded my issue attack plans for Civ Pro II (federal rules part). I don't like one massive outline, so I make these "Step by Steps" instead as a way to guide exam answers. FWIW, it worked to get an A.

12(b)(6) vs. Summary Judgment
Joinder of Parties
Joinder of Claims
Preculsion
Sufficiency of Pleadings

--

[Edit] Might as well give you guys a few extra ones too. I have everything from Torts/Ks/Property/Civ Pro I as well. If anyone wants that stuff, give a holler and I'll put it up on Scribd.

Crim Law Attack Outline (long version)

K Conditions
K Improper Bargaining
K Interpretation/Construction
K Parole Evidence Rule
K Defenses based on Supervening Issues
K Unjust Enrichment / Moral Obligation

For Torts, I just read/practiced/outlined out of Glannon's E&E and managed to book the class. That book is all you'll need for Torts.

[Edit 2] In return (if you find these useful), please PM me Con Law outlines/attacks/etc (or to get my e-mail to send them). Would really appreciate it.

Hey man I have a really good con law attack I've been emailing to some bros for individual rights. If you wanted to send me your email I can get that to you. I have a couple questions on your crim attack. Is it based off Dressler? seems like it is. Also, did your prof care at all that you shortened all lot of the defintion and terms, or is that how your prof framed it. I don't think my prof will care if I shorten things like you have it for my closed book exam, but I just really want to make sure. Thanks so much for that though it seems like it might save me in that class.

I have a pretty solid attack outline for property, along with some decent torts outlines/flow charts. PM me your email and I will send you them if you want.

If anybody has a solid contracts attack outline that would be sick. Especially if your prof used the ayres/klass book.

ETA: thanks for the K outlines people who I emailed! I think I have a good baseline now. Still though if you want any of my stuff let me know and I am more than happy to pass it along to some fellow CSWS'ers

Diver, Beerman & Freeman sooo not the same one? Lol. I have a beast of an outline (100 pages) from someone who took the class. I'm sitting here with the E&E but ugh.

Finals: do. not. want.

DAMN. Yea, we've got different books.

The E&E is just as boring as the class. Ugh.

We use Lawson which is a 3d, entirely different book, but I have a decent short outline (13 pgs.) for admin if anyone wants it. It's a little closer to attack outline status than 100 pages.
