I have been pondering this. I feel like the casebook is drowning me but I read all the shit last semester and it worked. I am afraid to depart from what I do but I know my true love is the supp.

Well, I guess I'm lying. I read conlaw like nobody's business, but that's because I know he'll test on the details. Property.. all my prof talks about is the BLL so I know I can get by with BLL and listening in class. Same for crim and admin.

I feel ya. I have eschewed reading cases for the most part this semester, though. I feel like I don't remember anything from the cases anyway. I learn how to argue both ways when I practice exam. We'll see if I get fucked over this semester though LOL

Nice. makes reading the CB + taking notes in class completely unnecessary.

True. But it's not like everyone will utilize them. Plus it's great for people like me who are lazy.

I find that it actually doesn't. It seems like a lot of people suck at 1) memorization and 2) at applying law to fact.

I discovered last semester that I was really good at (1) but not as good at (2) as I thought/hoped, which is what I'm going to focus on as I study and do PT's this semester. I won't lie though, I was definitely a bit surprised at how many people seemed to be struggling to learn the BLL a day or 2 before each exam. Didn't seem to affect grades much though (AFAIK... which isn't much), since its all about application.

I got an interview at a non profit through bidding with my career services. Should I interview 1st 2nd or 3rd? serious question.

Primacy or recency effect... pick your poison. Don't do the 2nd.

I took psych 101 in college, trust me on this one.

They are from 9-12. 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off. At my law library. There are 3 total interviews with students at my school. They may be doing interviews at the 3 local schools, all of which are 3rd or 4th tier. So Im guessing 12 tops. Maybe less.
