The silver lining for Joad is that the Rockies should be comfortably out of it by early May.HBBJohnStamos wrote:Tom Joad wrote:Didn't take any practice test last semester. Probably should this time, but in my defense, it was college football season.

First day of class tomorrow means that today is my first day of reading.
Feels good to get back into the grind

Debating just casebriefing it... taking notes in class. Then E&Eing it / outlining once finish a section in each part of syllabus. Once class ends just start ptptptptptpttp
Last semester I read every case, went completely by professor. Crammed outline at end of semester.. median pwned
Just feeling like reading is a complete waste of time.. Should be doing practice problems throughout instead..

I completely agree with this...and progressively read less and less cases as the semester went on.

I definitely agree with this. For example, with Civ Pro, you need Freer and only Freer. E&E is great for joinder rules.
I continue to read all the cases, making margin notes, but I think its because I don't have the balls to abandon my routine. Though I never briefed or transcribed notes or any of that.
