My friggen torts prof. Every time I ask her about the exam during office hours or after class, she just gives me unhelpful broad and vague answers with this defensive tone. Almost as if she's offended I even brought up the topic of the exam. This is the first time she's taught the class, has no past exams, won't point me to any other prof's exams that might be similar, and won't give a practice exams. She won't even tell me what the format will be (long essay, MC, short essay) , I just get "don't know yet, haven't written it."

Good thing is, everyone else is in the same boat

Have a memo due Saturday but also have a practice exam in Torts tomorrow which our professor told is on one of the sections I haven't gotten to outline yet... So that will be fun. Guess I'll spend 3-4 hours tonight outlining that to get ready for it.

Hey bros, to everyone who has PM recently about the flow charts, I will hook it up when I get home later. If anyone has any sort of policy outline or flowchart or some shit for Torts, please let me know. I have a guaranteed policy question in that class and I need some policy insight.

Also, 1 month to go my brothers and sisters!!! Kick it into high gear, now is not the time to sit back. Every day that goes by is a day closer to the big day!

I've exhausted Eric Thomas, feels like I'm dragging myself to the slaughter. Anyone have more motivational videos?

This.
Honestly makes me glad I just have a studio apartment and live by myself. The law school building has definitely started to get pretty tense lately, and I'm glad I can go home and do things at my own pace.

Really, this is bizarre to me. There is literally NOONE in the library right now, I will shut this bitch down solo all day, but I would have thought more people would be around me. I am confused, do people not think that finals are going to be hard? Are people ok with median? I have not even heard of anyone making outlines or doing anything yet.

I do not know if this is my gunna mentality telling me this is strange or what.

Check out GTM's section on policy, pretty solid...Basically look at policies at 1) how it shapes society 2) administrative costs 3) Fairness...then further dismantle it by showing how it may not hold in the long run vs the short run, intent may not equal the effect. Look at both sides, and all that jazz.

Keep on swimming amigo. We can't sleep with the fishes here. Otherwise you wake up wet.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
