There's an MPC in torts? Serious question. Also, 8000 words? damn!
Lol I thought the same thing. Then again, our professor refuses to teach what "the law is not." He will freak out if anyone ever brings up a dissent in his class.

Annnnn DONE! Got owned by Civ Pro yesterday, but by the looks of everyone else, I have a feeling I am not alone. Feels a bit weird to not have to trudge to the library to put the hours in, but I am not complaining. Good luck to those still grinding away!

Lol. This.

I'm still in denial. I can't come to terms with the fact that we have less than 48 hours until we get violated by this thing.

My criminal law exam is on Wednesday. My heart stopped when my mom was telling me on the phone that today was Wednesday. I freaked out for thirty seconds, only to cool the fudge down after realizing that she was mistaken. Would have lost an hour on a four hour exam. Phew!

Civ pro on Thursday... I feel like I get the overall concepts well, but I don't really know any/many of the details of anything (though they are in my outline, at least...). Feeling worried in terms of the curve since I feel like this is the point everyone would have been at a few days ago haha.

I finished my finals yesterday and I literally came home to my apartment to cry.

My computer, which started working fine at the beginning of the exam, went completely kaputt smack dab in the middle of the exam. Since the final was a mix of MC and essay, I hadn't gotten to the essay, but then I had to hand-write the entire essay. It was horrible.

At this point, I'm just worried about passing through until next semester. My school has per semester GPA limits instead of letting you continue through the year.

I had all of these grand plans of enjoying cocktails last night, but the entire night was spent talking with a friend back home about how to rectify my computer. Thankfully, she was able to get it working (so thankful), but seriously..... the computer busts down at the wrong time? So so horrible.

I wish you luck, BearsGrl. I always like reading your points since you are one of the few people on here who actually understand the professional world. I am sure you killed it and will continue your success in your career.

The Dressler book has helped me immensely. I highly, highly, recommend it.
