The kit is fantastic! The real problem is how I'm treating it. Didn't get nearly enough done on this gorgeous day...PinkLotus wrote:How is my CSWS survival kit treatin y'all?

Second round of brief writing... TFW the word limit for the appellate brief is two times the length of your trial court brief, and you said everything you needed to in the first brief. Puhhh

Made pretty good progress on my Prop OL so far. Haven't worked as much as I'd like... but if I do some diligent CSWSing after dinner, I should be able to knock out the rest of this bad boy tonight.

Almost. Done. With. Supplements. Must. Continue. End. In. Sight.
I'm hitting these 12 hour days hard. But I always feel like I get less done than I wanted.
And I love seeing on FB everyone partying it up during Spring Break while I -- no, we -- hit the grindstone.

Friends, I have made tremendous progress on my property outline today. Just a little bit more tonight and I'll be completely caught up with the class's content.
Of course, that doesn't mean the OL is any good.

Celebrated the end of spring break by staying at the library reading cases until 3:30 AM. Fabulous open briefs...
Fifty days of hard work up ahead. Considering what those 1L grades get you, totally worth it.

7 weeks till finals.
Slow start to the day. I go hard for 4 days, then I sit around for half a day. Anyway, finishing another E&E today and grinding through Chemerinsky. Almost done. Keep at it team.
Oh. And whoever wants my GTM outline, tell me.
