US consitutional law authoritative text? *Canadain student

Post by serdog » Tue Oct 30, 2012 11:16 pm

Hi all,
I currently doing a paper on Freedom of Religion and my prof recommend I look into US case law. I was wondering is there any super helpful text out there? An American Hogg so to speak? I'm looking for a good starting point for research and like to start with the Authoritative text (ie for the Canadian side of the paper I started with Hogg)

Chemerinskys principles and policies is what you're looking for.
