Civ Pro Exams
How do Civ Pro exams look like? I can't imagine doing the whole issue rule element breakdown like torts.

It really depends. My prof did MC mostly to test rules (but some jx/Erie stuff), 1 essay on jx, 1 essay on jx/rules (mostly joinder/removal), 1 essay on Erie.
You can definitely IRAC jx and Erie stuff. Rules based questions are harder but likely possible depending on how the question is framed. I'd look up some old tests.
