I actually have bits and pieces of outlines done; have about two weeks until one and three weeks until the others so I should be okay. I also have no P/F's left .

Hopefully you have a mandatory curve with a billion people P/F'ing the class. If your prof can only hand out 0-5% C- to F's, then the prof can't fail you all.

Hopefully you have a mandatory curve with a billion people P/F'ing the class. If your prof can only hand out 0-5% C- to F's, then the prof can't fail you all.

I think anything below a C+ is entirely discretionary. IMO, it's just so that people actually have to have some idea of what's going on in the exam.

I also need to fix my schedule for next semester. Right now, I'm signed up for the most gunner schedule of all time (fed courts, admin, complex lit, federal courts, advanced pretrial)

Took fed courts, con law 2, admin, and antitrust this semester. Don't do it.
