We have a Contracts Professor who's chosen this book. We decided to start with Remedies instead of traditional approach: accept, offer, consideration, etc. Does anyone have the same experience? I am freaking out, since I cannot find any study aid that matches the book, and the language in the casebook is pretty convoluted. We are done with the third week of studying, and I have no idea how to outline the chapters we have covered so far.
I am planning to talk to the Professor next week. Anyways, any tips, maybe?

This is not an abnormal approach to teaching Ks. Just outline normally. You can reorganize it towards the end once you've covered most topics.
