Necessary to take evidence in 2L fall?

Post by arvcondor » Wed Aug 22, 2012 3:09 pm

I'll be doing trial ad. in spring and kind of want evidence nailed down before that. However, the evidence class is with a professor with a dickish reputation who is making us buy four books for his class. If possible, I'd prefer to wait it out and just get someone else in spring, but I want to know if it's necessary to complete evidence before doing trial ad.

It will probably be pretty helpful, but all you need for Evidence is the E&E.

It would be beneficial, but not absolutely necessary. Taking it at the same time is probably fine.
