Online Restatements & secondary sources?

Postby LAWYER2 » Mon Aug 20, 2012 9:22 pm

Hey guys, I'm looking for online sources for the following:
    Restatement (second) of Agency
    Model Business Corporation Act (MBCA)
    Revised Uniform Partnership Act (RUPA)
Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act (RULPA)
Uniform Limited Liability Company Act (ULLCA)

law.cornell.edu has been money thus far for things like: UCC, FRE, FRCP, etc, but no-cigar for the above.

Any input?

*bump*

I'm also wondering, if they have the secondary sources on Lexis/Westlaw, can you pull them up and print them off to the WestLaw/Lexis printers??

WestlawNext -> Secondary Sources -> Restatements & Principals of Law.

You can print stuff off, but if you print off the entire restatement you will be hated by your campus reps for wasting a shit ton of paper. Not sure if its still in effect, but there is a monthly quota (its really high) but if you print an entire Restatement you may be SOL as far as free printing at your school for the rest of the month unless you talk about it w/your rep.

You honestly should not need to print off the Restatements. Unless laptops are banned in your class. It is just as easy to navigate to them.
