Civil Procedure text book
My section is going to use Civil Procedure: Doctrine, Practice, and Context, Fourth Edition. Which is newly published in 2012. Do I have to get this one? Or the earliest edition will be fine?

In civil procedure I would definitely buy the newest book. Lots has changed in civ pro since 2008.
