How important are grades after you get the callback?

Also, would the GPA average of people offered usually be higher/lower/about the same as the GPA average of those who got a callback?

Thanks.

Your grades won't change between screener and callback, and you'll know if you have an SA position well before fall grades come out.

Depends on the firm and their hiring methodology. At some firms, callbacks pretty much mean offers. At most others, there's still a vetting stage where grades can (and usually do) come into play.
