okay mang; just know that lifters often get fat later in life because they stop lifting but they eat like they still are.NYC2014 wrote:I will never allow myself to become fat. I haven't eaten fast or microwaveable food in years (except for frozen vegetables/sweet potatoes). That stuff tastes better than grilled chicken/steak on the George, but I exercise self-control every single day of my life, unlike the lazy, impulse/comfort-eating, obese masses. If you're fat, you earned and deserve that body.sundance95 wrote:okay mang; just know that lifters often get fat later in life because they stop lifting but they eat like they still are.NYC2014 wrote:I will never allow myself to become fat. Luckily, just 2-3 pounds for the year, and I don't exercise! But I cook.

Lol, I'm talking quantity not quality, i.e., one who is accustomed to eating and burning a certain number of calories and stops burning them. BTW congrats on ur ascetic self-control, u sound like a fun guy

Also, I was going to mock you for misspelling "aesthetic" but then I was like, wait, that would be grammatically incorrect as well. Long story short, I learned a word today.

You all are going to hate me for saying this, but I have weighed 105lbs since high school. Thank you, extremely fast metabolism. However, I do work out and do a little bit of yoga :)
