I know Courier new, but that just looks like shit.

Is century gothic readable. Century regular seems okay.

looks like Verdana gives you the perfect balance of extra width without looking like you're purposely trying to game the page limits

Palantino Linotype looks like Times New Roman but adds a lot of length.
