Even without narrowing it down, professor could send out an email to the whole section saying he knows what is going on and giving OP a chance to turn himself in at a lesser punishment, OP will have to roll the dice that professor is bluffing and doesn't actually know it was him.

This has been the best study break ever! Totally worth reading the entire thread 8)

Since we're speculating, I'd bet a paycheck op went to Georgetown ug based on the 18th street comment.

There is, in fact, a 1L who went to Georgetown for undergrad whose first name happens to coincide with the username used in his alt's post.

Do I win?

seems highly speculative guys and gals. don't doubt you guys but lets not throw someones name under the bus unless you're 100% which you're not.

this is a huge +1 argument for shipping off to duke law and letting them sort it out

Yup.
He's not in the section.

ETA: Que sera sera. This has been a good study break, but lets let whoever OP is sweat it out. Maybe it will keep him from trying to do something unethical in the future that actually has detrimental effects. It's kind of lame that he couldn't follow the only rule, but at most he went from a 2.5 to a 2.7 if he had to ask a question like that. Helps the curve.

Especially when these people are so uncertain as to if it really is that fucking person. You guys are become just as irresponsible as the OP shit. This is why law students can't have nice things.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
