Citing to the appellate record (Bluebook)

I'm confused about how to cite to a final judgment (R. at 17) and an affidavit (R. at 28) in the record.
I was citing to the final judgment as (B7): blah blah blah. R. at 17.
That's the way the Bluebook seems to say. My friend told me he is doing it as (B7+BT1): blah blah blah. Final J. at 17.
I went online to search who was correct and the Cornell website seems to say we are both wrong. They say it should be (BT+BT1+Parentheses): blah blah blah (Final J. at 17).
So which is it?
