Questions for Students in Entrepreneur Clinics

Several students and I are converting our Start-ups and the Law reading group into a class and clinic next year. I am hoping to speak to students currently in entrepreneur/VC/start-up clinics to obtain various advice for structuring our own clinic and class syllabus.

If you are currently in an entrepreneurship legal clinic and wouldn't mind fielding a few questions, please PM me.
