Our Torts professor requires us to know all of the small note cases after each principal case in our Torts book. IMO it doesn't assist in learning at all because memorizing 500 case names instead of learning the rules in each case is kind of odd but thats why I'm a student and she is a law school professor. I was wondering if anyone had any outline or anything with all of the smaller cases organized? If anyone does that would be so much help but either way thanks and good luck with finals/interviews.
