Supplement/Outlines for Corporate Tax

Hi, all -
I typically prefer to use students' old outlines as my "supplements" (mostly to avoid buying more stuff) but corporate tax is not a popular class here and there aren't any available so I'm going to have to buy something. Has anyone used one that they've found particularly useful?

thanks in advance.

The E&E was pretty solid for my course, but I have no idea how it compares to other supplements. My professor was kind of all over the place, so I largely outlined the E&E and taught myself the material. Worked out alright.

Thank you.. I'll look into it! I have some friends in the class w/ me who have bought things but I wanted to get an opinion from someone who's taken the class. It can be a real bitch..

If anyone else cares, I got the E&E and it has been good so far.. pretty much just going through it chapter by chapter.

DEFINITELY GET THE BLACK LETTER OUTLINE, LATHROPE AND SCHWARTZ' CORPORATE AND PARTNERSHIP TAXATION. HANDS DOWN THE BEST SUPPLEMENT, BETTER THAN THE E&E.

USE IT TO LEARN AND OUTLINE THE MATERIAL...THERE IS NO NEED TO READ LONG DESCRIPTIONS OF THE CORP TAX LAW IN CASEBOOKS OR EVEN THE E&E.

THEN USE THE E&E TO DO PRACTICE PROBLEMS.

I GOT AN A- USING THIS TECHNIQUE.
