any CLSers familiar with capital markets regulation course?

Post by somewhatwayward » Mon Jan 09, 2012 12:23 pm

i am thinking of taking this course (with Fox and Glosten) bc i am wanted to try out capital markets this summer, but i have some hesitation. first, would this be a useful course for someone going into transactional law? second, i have no finance/economics background (haven't even taken corp yet although i am this semester)...is this course going to be too overwhelming for me?

i also have a pretty busy semester already, both class-wise and especially extracurricular-wise. i am willing to take on another hard, intensive thing if it will be helpful for my future career.

ETA: advice from non-CLSers welcome...just don't know if you have the same course
