Con Law Supplement - Brest Casebook?

Postby dabomb75 » Sun Jan 08, 2012 5:57 pm

I know that everyone recommends Chemerinsky for con law normally but another poster on TLS used the same casebook and said that Chemerinsky didn't help at all.

Did anyone else use this casebook and find any supplements helpful?

Had this book last year. It just has extra cases (there's a bunch of stuff on the health care law and the partial birth abortion case). It's not a "supplement" like Chemerinsky.

Also, if you have this book, don't buy Chemerinsky. I used it along with my reading (as recommended by an upperclassman) and it did not help at all.

Just buy the Chemerinski supplement, read it, and get an A-. Then wash your hands of ConLaw.
