Hence why I didn't like the traditional issue spotting of torts and crim. At least civ pro and contracts, while tougher, required a little more in depth knowledge of the concepts that will stretch out the curve a little bit. Even when the issues are debatable (e.g. inchoate crimes), the average student by now knows to argue both sides and will get the points.
