Potential Con Law exam questions

Post by orderofthings » Tue Dec 06, 2011 12:22 am

So I know some con law professors like to be timely with the hypos they pose on exams, so I figured this thread could be a place where people contribute ideas. To start: Obamacare, gay marriage - what else?

Con-law is one of those classes where the appropriate response is going to be strictly based on your professor. There almost are no rules, other than looking at how the current justices have previously ruled, with that said i'd say that in any cases where you're in doubt, just think about what Kennedy would vote for, remembering his most valued principal is "dignity."
