Does anyone have any Civil Procedure Practice exams that deal specifically with Erie? Model answers would be appreciated too but even if you just have Erie questions that would be great. Thanks.

I don't have a model answer and absolutely suck at analyzing Erie, so if you want to shoot around some answers and analysis on the question, I'd be thrilled. Without making you read the whole thing, basically: Lawsuit filed in TX state court. TX state court is a "notice pleading" state -- lawsuit is unlikely to hold up to new Federal pleading standards. Partner wants to know if he can get federal court to apply Texas state law on pleading standards. IS there an argument for this?
