Criminal Law all Model Penal Code

Post by IHaveLawyers » Tue Nov 29, 2011 1:16 pm

My crim law exam is going to be all based on the MPC, are there any good books that explain just the MPC? I am not worried about common law because it wont be tested.

Are you sure about this? It seems like a really weird way to test Crim Law. Especially since very few jurisdictions have adopted the MPC and those that have, have diced it up with CL rules.
