MBE Exam Actual Questions
Besides Barbi and Kaplan, is there a book or website that has actual previous MBE questions?
My Con Law professor is only using previous MBE questions on her exam so I was looking to my hands on some.
Thanks!

I'm in the same boat. I've tore through all the Kaplan and Barbri stuff. Plus there seems to be hardly ANY Civ Pro MBE stuff. Any suggestions would be highly helpful as well!

Re: MBE Exam Actual Questions
There is a book called Strategies and Tactics that uses real MBE questions. You can also get old MBEs from the National Conference of Bar Examiners website, for a fee.

CivPro isn't tested on the MBE, so all you'll see is a stray ConLaw cross-over question. Is your professor pulling from state essays?LAWYER2 wrote:I'm in the same boat. He only stated that his M/C questions came from MBE 's which I thought was weird because I've never seen any besides what's on BarbriTooOld4This wrote:CivPro isn't tested on the MBE, so all you'll see is a stray ConLaw cross-over question. Has anyone ever used or heard anything about this book. This is the only one I could find on amazon besides Kaplan and Barbi.

Re: MBE Exam Actual Questions
Adaptibar, a bar prep company uses actual MBE questions. They have a flashcard set for 1L and 2L classes so if you want questions for civ pro or any other course you could use that. The website is http://www.adaptibar.com. The flashcards are $95 for the full set, lifetime access. It's $395 for the bar course or $345 with code U7JR. If you get the flashcards that discount code may also work.
