Not sure if this will be helpful, but this law review articledoes a pretty good job of explaining where things are after Raiche. Disclaimer: Unless your professor actually is Graglia or incredibly conservative, cite to him at your own peril.

Lopez, Morrison, and Raich: Federalism in the Rehnquist Court, 31 Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy 761 (2008).

oh grags...good times...

Second exam on Wednesday, Third on Thursday and Fourth and final one on Friday. Friday night is going to feel so good.

Tax exam on Wednesday. I hate, hate, hate Tax...but at least I'm taking it pass/fail.

My Commercial Law exam Thursday has me scared to death. He told our class that he rarely ever gives anyone below a C+, but my God, I don't even know if I can finish that damn exam. 50 multiple choice in 90 minutes (each question comes with a fact pattern) and then a 90 minute essay. On the last exam I timed myself with I only got to question 40. I NEED to make sure I move on if I get stuck instead of wasting time. All of the questions are based on stolen MPTs and MBEs. Isn't that some shit? He can't even write his own exam. At least I'm getting a taste of the bar exam.

Last exam tomorrow -- Economic analysis of the law. I plan on just turning in this as an answer to everything:

First Amendment KILLED me. I knew it would be bad, but, I didn't think it would be that bad. Also very concerned that no one else seemed troubled. Whyyyyy am I so retarded?

Some things are relevant; some things aren't. Things that aren't relevant will be excluded if objected to.
