You can do it! If all else fails, write something.

Good luck! Little under 3 hours left for me. Running on 2 hours of sleep or so. Gonna need to start the chop chopping process of getting myself under the world limit soon

+1 but at 4:00. Got to love a 7 hour property take home...though it is no where near as awful as the 27 hour con-law final. As for the post above yours, I keep reading about how 2Ls don't care, yet I see them at the lawbrary and keep wondering when the apathy will set in. Should this transformation have already taken place? Does it happen over the summer? When does this 2LoL business start and why does it seem like everyone has been in fourth gear all semester? Maybe I'm off base or just friends with meta-gunners....anywho, good luck and thanks again for the property advice yesterday.

i think 2LOL is a myth. the same people i hear talking about how they don't care have been in the library all day everyday. it seems like they are gunning more than first years.

Finished that horrible, awful Con Law exam. Pretty sure I did pretty poorly. Didn't even meet the maximum word limit on two of the questions :/ Fingers crossed for a B!

Wanted to say that being done with exams is great.... until you realize that you still have writing competition to do.

Good luck to those who are still taking exams.

Decided to join a study group that I'm comfortable with for my con law exam. I think this might help me run through the issues that are unclear to me.

Just finished my last exam of the year and I feel oddly confident about it. 5600 words in 3 hours.

How I felt leaving the exam:

Conlaw in 2 hours /cry

Then property, then a 25.5 hour crim pro exam, then the write on... I am so very envious of those of you who are done.

I have a civ pro question, maybe someone can help?

I have a personal jurisdiction question. In light of WWVW, Asahi, and Nicastro, what happens if a foreign manufacturer targets the US nation-wide market but not any particular state (like making an agreement with a nation-wide distributor)?

My notes say that WWVW stated that if a ∆ purposefully caters to the US market, distributing products on its own OR through middlemen, jdx may be asserted.

On the other hand, Kennedy's plurality opinion states that targeting the US market does NOT mean the ∆ is susceptible to jdx in the forum state.

Also, where does the amount of products going into the state fit in here?

I'm feeling generous, so I'll share some common sense wisdom I've picked up about law school exam hypos: Facts that seem irrelevant NEVER are.

Most people already know this subconsciously, but I feel much better about my ability to spot subtle issues when I consciously try to make sense of the seemingly irrelevant facts.

Really have to shake off that last exam. That might be the worst feeling I've ever had walking out of an exam in law school. Especially when you ignore the point distribution and spend the least time on the question worth the most because you always do the question with the largest hypo last. :smh:@electives

DONE!!!!!! (with timed exams :( )

One more take home exam but the pressure for a take home exam is exponentially less than a traditional 3 hour issue-spotter.

Property rape. I usually don't feel stellar coming out of tests but I feel hands down the worst I've ever felt coming out of an exam. 7 hour take home with a 3000 word limit. Five questions. It was miserable. So many missed points!!!

Law School: ya know how awesome you felt when you walked out of your last exam, knowing that you'd just completed the first year of law school, and one of the more stressful and challenging experiences in your life? Yeah, didn't that feel great? And I bet you went out drinking with your buddies too, right? Not a care in the world?

lol, no. Here's a 14-page writing assignment, asshole. Fuck you.

one benefit of that is if you really put effort into it you'll probably be accepted since a shit ton of people won't even care how well written their assignment is.

All that's standing between me and freedom is a 24 hour take home immigration test. I'll probably start it on Monday. CANNOT WAIT.

It's 2012 not 2005. EVERYONE gives a fuck, thanks to the shitty job situation.
