Postby Pato_09 » Sat Oct 15, 2011 11:50 pm

Hey Guys,

Does anybody recommend a supplement?

I am really having trouble with this class (& it's a Closed Book Exam)

Thanks!

Go through the CALI lessons, if you haven't already. The biggest thing with evidence is practice looking for traps.

I have - although not all. But my percentage of correct answers is like 60-70%, which is not good. I am having trouble mostly from the hearsay problems.

I used it, but I can't remember how helpful it was. I would say give it a try; more practice it the only thing I think will help, so the E&E questions are probably good.

The Q & A is invaluable, particularly the Hearsay section.

I recommend Evidence in a Nutshell. The Nutshell series is seriously underrated on this forum.

For exam prep the Seigle's series on evidence

Siegel's Evidence: Essay and Multiple-Choice Questions and Answers

Here is a good overview of relevance and hearsay

Evidence is so fucking hard even the Supreme Court usually gets it wrong.
