It's definitely a mix of the two. I'm tired, but if I wanted to push I could do it. But here I am.

Slept in - watched Kourtney and Kim take NY. Will probably go get food - then at noon I can start studying for my final on Tuesday - where I look at sample exams and don't actually know what's going on.

More paper based and fluff classes. Less/no doctrinal classes. Never, ever, ever anything with a constitutional law base. It's the only way forward.

+1 It's days like these, in the aftermath of my Con Law II final, that I'm glad most constitutional law are practiced by 10 guys who graduated from Harvard in the 1970s.

I got lit up by what should have been an easy test, where I have worked with the prof and will probably damage my chances for any clerkship rec. by failing utterly. Still surfing TLS as I study.

? You feel like it's too many rules to keep track of or what? Tax is the one thing I'm not worried about...which makes me worried. LOL

it hard to study for tax, you just need to learn the key concepts and have an outline covering the most important things.

One of my bros knows someone who got no-offered due to having mediocre credit. I suggest you pull your credit report.

Corporations in the morning.

I think the only way I pull this off is if Tebow takes my exam and pulls some Tebow magic.
