Was going to take an exam today, but then was far too hungover to even get out of bed before 4PM...I guess I'l take it tomorrow.

after, everyone said it was the most legendarily useful review session ever.

I just learned professional responsibility from a classmate's notes considering I couldn't hear a word in that class despite sitting in the 3rd row. Taking a 48 hour take home tomorrow (lolololol for a 2 credit class; chances I even spend even 24 hours are zero).

Tuck Fax.

God I hate that class with a passion. I really can't even put into words how it makes me feel because every time I try to I get this seething rage that boils out uncontrollably.

Where?
It was in my calendar, stuck between the pages of "Finals Week 1" and "Finals Week 2"
I was wondering why you were not worried that you still had three left, and I was panicking that I had three left.

Yeah this. Every day that passes, I feel less and less confident about evidence.

Good luck. I'm taking it the second week. That class blew. You're not using the time to prep for JJ?

Still not panicking. Trying to convince myself to get out of bed, but I'm still pretty hungover...

I got drunk last night as well. Got up to the library around noon. Surfed reddit for 30 minutes then took a 2 hour lunch with some deadbeat 2Ls. I am clearly utilizing the reading period.

What's wrong with deadbeat 2L's? I'm kick ass.

Only have Saturday and Sunday to prep for my first final, which is early Monday morning. Two days really isn't enough giving that I want to review all the material AND somehow get it more than 1 practice test. The feeling that its all hopeless given such a small timeframe is making me lose what little motivation I have.

After sleeping in a little this morning, decided to move Ethics to Friday after JJ and my Seinfeld JX final. Then I'll still have 3 days to study for Antitrust, which I'm taking Tuesday (take home). It's 3 days in a row of finals but at least I'll feel a little more prepared and be on a better schedule by then.

Also -- be careful about taking Ethics the second week because there is an earlier cut-off for that final then most (the 21st instead of the 22nd).

Thanks. I saw that. Going to start it the 17th or 18th after I figure out how to look up ABA ethical opinions. This thing sounds like a blast.

Ethics and PR are two separate classes? We can take either or here, b/c they are substantially similar. Are they really that different at Mich?

They are the same. It's actually called Legal Ethics & Prof Resp.

Evidence on Tuesday. All MC. Doing CALI lessons to feel like I'm actually studying. Everyone I know is freaking out about that class, but I feel alright. Hoping that is well founded comfort and not lazy rationalization. Eh.

I see. Keg threw me off by using both names in the same paragraph. She probably picked up that kind of crap in Camden.
