I gots mines picked out. Worst part is updating it with new cases that have come down since that outline was made. My life is difficult.

URGH I know. New edition this year. First since 2007 and a lot has changed. Just paid 12 bucks for an outline depot outline from NYU. Better be worth it.

Ever in law school? Or this semester? And you have them all done? By NOW?!?

I respectfully ask you to leave this thread. Your kind don't belong in these parts.

This semester. I gotta update with a couple weeks worth of class, but yeah.

I guess I'll bump the exam prep thread.

Classes where there are no old outlines because the professor is teaching for the first time :|. And for another class prof changed the book so the cases/order are all totally different.

*sigh* antitrust prof said at beginning of semester, "you should not be taking this class if you do not plan on doing the reading or coming to the lecture." about a week later was the last time i went to class/did the reading, so i'll be testing that theory in a few days.

Did nothing all day, since midnight though, I've been on a role. I'm torn between going to sleep, or riding out the productivity despite being exhausted.

Yeah... so I can't find old outlines for two of my three exams this semester. Both professors have taught the classes before, I just don't know anyone who had them. Ah, the perks of being a transfer! Pretty screwed.

So you've been productive for 45 minutes?

same. i kinda just wanna blast the listserv and ask the entire student body if they have or know anyone who has some old outlines, but im pretty sure that would be poor form.

You got Antitrust? JTIP has a copy on the outline bank.

If you're douchey enough, you could get on ATL. Could be worth it.

Sadly, I've gotten more done in this 45 minutes, then I did in about 3 hours yesterday. And not only did I get more done, but, I'm actually understanding what i'm outlining vs. yesterday's writing things down and pretending like that counts.

i've been productive for last hour or so, but the combination of exhaustion and the clippers/thunder game has brought any productivity to a halt.

DF: can anyone access JTIP's outline bank?

That class should be renamed "Why Corporations are Awesome and How They Can Be More Efficient." I suggested the name change in my CTEC.

Also, you are at Northwestern right? Anything in your bank from Rosenzweig(visiting prof at NW last year) and/or any and all outlines for international tax?

Just calculated worst possible scenario for my grades this semester and realized I could only get a .15 drop in cumulative GPA.

So I think I'm okay.

this phenomena happened to a friend of mine....though it really hit him 3L year. He felt so guilty about it. He kept quoting some douchey Contracts Professor during his first semester. After the Professor gave him a C he was a lot less gung-ho about law school and especially this Profesor. The sad fact is that he was a nice naive guy excited about his law school and then the cold hard reality of grades hit him. He paid full price too to a not top 14 school. Bad idea.
