I hate when they use a really short gif that doesn't even remotely match up to the words on the screen. Come on, at least pretend you're trying.
It's like a slightly funnier version of the "What my friends think I do, what my parents think I do, what I actually do..." meme. Not really that funny but everyone feels the need to blow up each others Facebook walls with them. I actually now regret posting it ITT. Hypocrite.

Tax just mutilated my brain cells. Also, my calculator broke in the first five minutes and I thought I was going to cry. Luckily the proctor got me another calculator, but still, it was terrible.

Every single answer required a computation. I didn't mind the class, but the exam put my brain through the ringer and spit it back out.
I also was really lucky that I caught a horrible mistake with about 30 minutes to go and managed to correct it to the best of my ability.

I'm nearly resigned to a below median grade in tax. I'm in the course with a bunch of smart fucking people who really, really love tax, so while I was muddling through just getting through the course, they were reveling in the wonders of tax law.
Ah well.

I get one final done and I get this false sense of accomplishment, like I can slack off for a few days. Ugh...

First real final was to tonight. Evidence. I really seemed to know all the answers pretty well. Can't tell if that's me being wrong or just having massively over-prepared.

2 tests over 26 hours. Took tonight off to watch the draft. Now 3 days left to 1) gun corp. tax hard 2) learn all of evidence.

What is this "over-prepared" that you speak of?

It's what happens when you realize that you haven't bothered to learn something until 4 days before the final in a 4-credit-hour course in which you need a good grade, so you spend 4 solid days doing nothing but reading and CALI lessons.

Excerpt from my notes:
Notch Transaction: Something to do with transferring property upon which you're taking a loss, and somehow some other shit happens. LOL
this isn't a difficult concept and probably won't be tested, but I could have stood to be more attentive in class.

Does anyone have an ideas on how to manage procrastination. I just can't start my paper. I've never written one a head of time.

I didn't get into law school the gpa way, so no. I'm hoping that life has some LSAT equivalent somewhere down the line.

The incredible amount of time I spend in front of my computer during finals season cannot be good for me. I imagine I'm going blind and developing a brain tumor or something as we speak.

I feel like my pupils are unnaturally dilated, and my eyes are unnaturally wide/unblinking. I suspect I am also going to be losing a little bit of eyesight this week.

Did you drink 4 Rockstars back-to-back? Mine always feel like that after I do that.
