I remember my first time. It was tender and sweet and over too soon... I wept softly for some time afterward.

But really, summariaze the facts, look for the rule the court is testing, find out what they say about that rule, make sure you understand their logic (sometimes this is an impossible task). Note the disposition of the case. That's it. Breif done.
