Is competing on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team worth the time and effort?
(Apparently my school usually does pretty well in national ADR competitions, if that's relevant.)
I'm interested in corporate transaction work, but not in litigation.
How beneficial is it for:
1) Developing a useful skill?
2) More importantly, enhancing my resume and helping me get hired.
I'm just debating on whether its worth it.
Thanks!

Re: ADR Team good for resume?
You can do it if you'll have fun with it. It will otherwise be a minor talking point on your resume during a screener but will make no tangible difference.

What skills is ADR supposed to help with? Do you actually do oratory, research, etc?
