Did I commit to Kaplan's Bar study class?

Post by hous » Tue Aug 16, 2011 6:12 pm

I filled out the form with my name and address and received a 1L supplement book. The representatives just handed them to everyone and told them to fill out just the address+name section, which I did. I plan on taking either Barbri or Kaplan eventually, but did I already commit to Kaplan when I accepted the book?

No. All it did was lock you in to the current price, so if you decide to sign up with Kaplan your 3L year for the course, you'll pay what the course cost today (rather than what it will be then).
