Torts Supplement

Postby brickman » Sat Jul 30, 2011 9:27 pm

seems to be highly credited as well as the E&E.

any other thoughts on relevant supplements or are the above mentioned the golden standard?

Understanding Torts served me well. It's far more manageable than Prosser, too.

Understanding Torts is really the only good one but honestly Torts is really straight forward and if you pay attention and take good notes you won't really need a supplement. This is the only class I can make that statement for.

Torts seems like one class that can be taught really differently by different professors. I'd hold off on buying a supplement until you actually start class.
