Corporations Short Outline

Anyone have a short corps attack outline they'd be willing to share? I made my own, and it's pretty decent in terms of summarizing the course, but I'd like to have a more user-friendly guide in order to develop a strong answer that directly responds to how a potential law suit would be structured. I'm talking the steps in a derivative suit, fiduciary duties of directors/majority shareholders/shareholders in closed corps, takeover defenses, etc. If you're feeling generous, PM me!
