Burger King v. Family Dining . . .

Hey, we have to dissect the BK v. FD case line for line and pull out ALL arguments/rules for both plaintiff and defendant for Contracts II.

Any T-L-S'ers have any helpful info about the case not readily found elsewhere.
Any input would be greatly appreciated

This.

One interesting point about the case. It was probably argued by attorneys and decided by a judge who did their own homework in law school.
