A quick google search did not yield much.

Looking for practice problems (multiple choice or short answer) on present/future interests. Any insight appreciated.

Advice to use Cali when you are looking for practice problems needs to be stickied.

Any way, Cali.

use this book....keep doing them over and over and over....it will not matter if your test has MC, short answer, essay, or requires you to write out the answer on a blackboard with purple chalk, you'll know the answer

This book has lots of practice problems. You should be able to find it used.

Bottom of the page under the tutorials - a lot of people thought this was great. I liked the CALI lessons better although they were written by the same guy.

Google searching turned up a lot of results as well.

The E&E, while I do not generally recommend it for Property (it won't hurt - won't help much either) is solid for these sections as well.

I bought this. http://www.amazon.com/Estates-Land-Futu ... 147&sr=1-1

It's really awesome, tons of practice problems. Make sure the answers line up with how your professor is teaching though. My prof isn't covering the difference between inter vivos and testamentary conveyances, so some of the RAP stuff is different from what the book says. I like that though because it helps me gauge how confident I am in my answer.

Ex. O conveys to A for life, then to O's grandchildren in FSA. O has 6 children and no grandkids. If it's an inter vivos transfer, then it's invalid under RAP. But if the transfer is through a will, then it survives RAP due to some shit we didn't go over. Hope this helps!

Totally agree, this book clarified PE&FI and RAP.
