Help! Does anyone know of any good civ pro outlines for 2nd semester? Maybe something that focuses on the more advanced stuff that you'd learn in the spring?

Outline from a 2L/3L who had your prof is the key.
Also, for finals - Richard Freer's lectures and the Emanuels Crunchtime book. But don't worry about that until finals.

I didn't use the E&E. Some people swear by it, but based on my grade, I'd say it's overrated. Probably couldn't hurt to have, but I was being stubborn and it didn't hurt me.

I found the E&E and the Glannon Guide complemented each other well. The latter book covers some things more in depth than the former. It also has MC questions. If you're final isn't all essay based, that might be useful.

If by some of the advanced stuff, you mean personal/subject jurisdiction and the like, the E&E is gold for that.

get the Freer supplement. That's the main thing I relied on and got an A in the class.

Haven't gotten my grade back yet so take my recommendations with a grain of salt. E&E was the best for the big topics such as jurisdiction. I found it also helpful to have a true commercial outline, and ended up using the Emanuel book, which came in handy for the things which the E&E does not cover.
