I'd do what i'm already doing. Learning how to legally avoid paying as many taxes as possible.

Your state may have an anti-"contracts related to gambling" statute.

I mean, it mentions SOF, but the whole thrust of the case is about whether the case could be heard on appeal, despite the judgement being non-final.
