Harvard/UF/BC/Colorado students (Perea)

Post by beach_terror » Mon Dec 27, 2010 11:28 pm

Professor Juan Perea is a visiting professor at my school this semester and I suppose I'm "lucky" enough to be in his conlaw section. Anyone that has had him before care to offer some insight? He's been a visiting professor at Hahvahd, BC and Colorado but his main stomping grounds are at Florida.

I go to UF and haven't had the pleasure, but those comments seem to reflect the general consensus around here.

lol how of the 4 student ratings (on the initial page that popped up anyway) two of them are completely opposite (one says essentially the guy is boring as hell and the other something like he keeps things very interesting and engaging)..

I've found with professors I can think someone is a total bore (or not good teacher) whereas others may think he or she is great and vice versa. I suppose though that if the majority of students think someone is a great teacher (or vice versa) it probably holds fairly true.
