Damn it, I'm getting restless. One grade back (from an exam on 12/22) and the profs from exams on 12/14 and 12/17 are taking an extra week and a half?

You're just now getting restless? Our last exam was the 16th and we won't hear anything back until the last day or two of January if not February.forza wrote:Damn it, I'm getting restless.

I have tasted the sweet nectar of one over-achieving professor getting grades in quickly. Slackers, the others.quakeroats wrote:You're just now getting restless? I feel like grade stress is making me insane, literally. I'm not worrying about it in the forefront of my mind, but it's like a layer of lava underneath everything else I feel, making me erupt into (brief) panic, rage, or tears with wildly insufficient provocation. Waist-to-hip ratio preventing me from buying any professional clothing, ever, is not news and should not result in tearfulness or fitting room foot-stamping. I am not 13 years old. PLEASSEEEE tell me I am not alone here.

Here we go:
Sane I am no more.
Time marches on; still no grades.
Unhinged, day by day.

Think about it this way: no matter what your grades are you're still woefully insufficient compared to Arthur Miller.BaiAilian2013 wrote:I feel like grade stress is making me insane, literally. You aren't. I spent my break causing my entire family extreme misery.BaiAilian2013 wrote:I feel like grade stress is making me insane, literally. Re: 1L grade waiting thread
I never checked grades once while on break simply because I knew for a fact they were not going to be there. Once the first grade was posted the first day of class I have been checking about 12 times per day. At our school they always post at 5 p.m. so half the section is on facebook at that time chatting about whether it'll be posted or not.

For a while I was confident that I did ok on the Con Law exam. I knew my shit.
But now I'm thinking I epically misread part of a question and the prof will think I'm an idiot. B if I'm lucky.
