When I first checked my grades I flipped out thinking I had a 4.0 for the semester....



then I realized I was looking at the section column (I'm section A).

Yeah, I didn't get straight As. At all.

It's ok. I mean, I obviously would have liked to have done better, but it's not the end of the world. I'm still above a 3.0, and I did really well in 2 graded classes over the year (I guess that's better than being just median across the board, right?) and LRW (not graded, but we can get Honors or High Honors). I'll be ok. Right? RIGHT?!

So my sleep schedule's been kinda fucked, but usually I can fall asleep by 4 am or so. I got in bed at 4, but my arm was itchy, and then my calf, and then the whole left side of my body was covered in hives and now it's almost 7 I finally have to admit to myself that I'm not nearly as nonchalant about grades as I thought I convinced myself I was.

A couple days ago, I got a grade I didn't expect and was utterly thrilled. then the next day, I got a very disappointing grade in a class I was sure I rocked.
