Things are looking up. No one has turned the Stetson v. FIU thread into NorB.

Haha, there is nothing I love more than a genuine response to the OP's question in the middle of an unrelated forum pissing contest.

Law school claimed all but about 6 of the people who used to regularly post in NorB. Now the NorB people that are left post about stress and law school. It's a mess.

Why doesn't Glannon have new supplement that includes Shady Grove? My prof loves that case...

Joseph Glannon, I love you.
Seriously...sometimes he isn't 100% clear (his section on 1367/Supp Jx comes to mind), and he can be a little weird (w/ the angels/gardening stories), but he's pretty great 95% of the time at crystallizing the relevant points and providing solid hypos w/ answers.
yeah i find most of the e+e's pretty decent at explaining stuff, but a lot of them have shitty hypos, often taken from major cases you've already fucking read for class, so it doesn't help at all.

Civ pro is wonderful, but guilty of using hypos you already had to read
